HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM FOR THE IMO AGM

THURSDAY 24^th – SATURDAY 26TH APRIL 2025

 

1. Go to www.theeurope.com

 

2. In the ‘Book’ box on the top right, select the required arrival date and number of nights.  In the Promo/Group field, enter the code: IMOA230425

 

3. This will bring you to a screen which allows you to book at the specially negotiated accommodation rates. Nothing is charged at the time of booking, you can pay on departure. Individual rooms may be cancelled up to 8 days prior to arrival without penalty.

 

4. Please note that the IMO AGM rates are only available directly via the hotel's website and not via any 3^rd party booking sites.

 

5. The IMO AGM rate is only for AGM delegates and should not be shared or used by anyone other than IMO Members.

 

6. The Europe Hotel will share relevant booking data with the IMO.

8. Your stay includes overnight accommodation in the room category that you select at the time of booking, full Irish breakfast each morning in the Panorama Restaurant as well as full use of the hotel's complimentary leisure facilities including 20m indoor pool, outdoor vitality pool, saltwater pool & thermal suites, indoor tennis & horse riding.

• Golfside & Superior Golfside Rooms €335 single / €355 per twin/double B&B Per Night
• Classic Lakeview Rooms €355 single /€375 per twin/double room B&B Per Night
• Superior/Deluxe Lakeview Rooms €375 single /€395 per twin/double B&B Per Night
• Premier Lakeview Rooms €415 single/ €435 per twin/double room B&B Per Night
• Golfside Signature Suites  €515 per suite B&B Per Night
• Lakeview Family Suites €730 per suite B&B Per Night

 

10. Children’s Rates:

• Children sharing with parents in Lakeview Rooms €70 B&B Per Child Per Night
• Up to 3 Children Sharing Own Room €300 B&B Per Room Per Night
• Children 2 years and under will not be charged
