1. Given the current economic climate, and in light of the reduction in professional fees and allowances by the HSE and other State bodies, this meeting calls on the IMO to reduce its annual membership fee pro rata. Proposer: Limerick GP Branch Status: Forwarded to executive committee

2. This meeting calls on all current and future IMO Council and Committee members to complete an annual Declaration of Interests for publication on the IMO website. Proposer: Limerick GP Branch Status: Forwarded to executive committee

3. That the IMO divest from all fossil fuel investments immediately in line with action taken by hundreds of other professional and business organisations and universities, including the BMA. Proposer: Dr Philip Michael Seconder: Dr Elizabeth Cullen Status: Fell
