'Engage For Change'
October 2011 The IMO launched the NCHD ‘Engage for Change’ Campaign. The aim was to foster a culture of positive engagement among NCHDs working in Ireland, to ensure that the Irish Health Service can attract the best doctors and provide excellent training, defined career paths and the highest standard of patient care and safety. This engagement was particularly crucial given the recent difficulties in both the recruitment and retention of NCHDs in the HSE.
