We have been advised that a number of practices have not been paid or have not been paid in full for STCs claimed for patients seen on Good Friday.

 

As we have outlined previously in circumstances where you did not run a routine or regular  surgery and where a patient was seen for an unforeseen and/or urgent consultation then you are entitled to claim this consultation as an STC. 

 

In instances where claims have not been paid and where you consider that they meet the necessary criteria for such a claim then these claims can be pursued through the IMO. The IMO can represent our members through this process and have prepared the attached template to allow you to enter the details so we can pursue this on your behalf.
