Based on engagement with a number of members last year, we note that a significant number of members are not in fact claiming for C factors (their on-call payments).

 

In this respect, we wanted to assist members in identifying what they have not claimed for and what their entitlement should be.

 

If you wanted the IMO to provide an assessment of what you should be claiming then might complete the table below :

Number of call outs pre-midnight
Number of call outs midnight or after
What percentage of your calls would last longer than an hour
